EU Withdrawal Button
The “withdraw from contract here” button required by Directive (EU) 2023/2673 since 19 June 2026.

- Button in the customer account, on the order, in the footer, and a signed link in the emails
- Guest customers: order number and email, no login needed
- Whole or partial withdrawal, with a “Confirm withdrawal” step
- Time-stamped acknowledgment of receipt by email (durable medium) and merchant notification
- Period from delivery or order date, excluded products and SKUs, eligible order states
- Request grid in the admin: statuses, mass actions, CSV export
