Before you write
Most questions are answered in a few minutes by:
- the installation guide and its Troubleshooting section;
- the frequently asked questions;
- the changelog: the problem may already be fixed, update with
composer update "mokadev/*"; - the
README.mdfile of the package, which describes every setting.

A conflict with a third-party module? We always look into it: if the fix belongs in our extension, it ships in an update for everyone.
Response times
We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (Paris time), excluding French public holidays. For a production store blocked by one of our extensions, put "URGENT" in the subject: these requests are handled first.
Information that speeds up the answer
- Your order number or the email of your customer account.
- The extension and its version: the output of
composer show "mokadev/*". - Your environment: versions of Magento, Hyvä (parent theme) and PHP, mode (developer or production), full page cache or Varnish.
- The problem: the steps to reproduce it, the expected and the actual result, a staging URL if possible.
- The traces: excerpts of
var/log/exception.logandvar/log/system.log, browser console errors, screenshots.
Never send a password by email. If we need access to your staging environment, we will agree on a secure way together.
